Do you mean refresh the current page? Right click an empty area of the page. At the top of the menu, you will see a circle made by an arrow. Press it. If you want to re-download that page, hold down the shift key, then press the circle.

You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.

• Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
• Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
• Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)

If you leave out the Shift key then you do a normal reload.
