How do I tell Firefox OS to save my browser session?

While I troubleshoot my email SSL domain mismatch problems, I'm checking email in my Flame's browser. Unfortunately the browser seems set to never save sessions or passwords. That's handy, but I'd like to have the browser save the password or the session for this particular URL.

I can't find any settings that will let me manage that.

I hate calling it solved when the answer is "no solution" but I guess that's the answer.

Currently this is not an option in Firefox OS browser. However with more information of what version of the device and what kind of device, we may be able to give better assistance.

I have a Flame (the Device Information > Model says only "qcom") running Boot2Gecko 2.0.0.0-prerelease.

As guigs2 mentioned, Firefox will not remember sessions on your browser once they expire. Would it be possible to set up your email with the Firefox OS Email app?

Sadly, the email app won't work for me, for now. The SSL cert belongs to the hosting provider (Dreamhost) and there's no workaround that will allow me to accept the domain mismatch.

So unless I can accept the certificate as valid despite the domain mis-match, I have to use webmail. If you have suggestions on the certificate issue, I'm all ears. That question is at: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1035187

At this point, there is nothing more I can think of that will create a temporary workaround. You can check to see if your webhost offers alternative email protocols. Also, were you able to try to manually setup the Email app?

Thanks!

I'm going to start an explicit question about email setup, because that seems appropriate: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1037473
