Adobe Flash installation launcher never pops up

i somehow uninstalled the Adobe Flash. After downloading the adobe flash player launcher from the official website and opening it no installation guide pops up, but Task Manager shows its running, I am using Win 8.1 64-bit & Firefox as my default browser... No plugin also displays in the plugin finder of the browser..... I have tried a lot and read solutions but nothing was fruitful... So please help

Hello,

If flash is not working and you are not sure what happened to it, try using the uninstaller from here to remove the files if you can before reinstalling:

You can double check to see if it is still installed on your computer by looking at your list of installed programs (Control Panel > Programs and Features).

Install the latest version here: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ Note that the link usually has an "Optional offer" for the McAfee toolbar in the middle pane - you can uncheck that box as it is not needed to use Flash.
