I just got a new HP Envy notebook and installed Firefox but now the website URLs are not autopopulating when I start to type in

GOOGLE.com should autopopulate, but it don't!  :(

You can check these preferences on the about:config page and make sure that they have the default value.

  • browser.urlbar.autocomplete.enabled
  • browser.urlbar.autoFill
  • browser.urlbar.autoFill.typed

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.
