In order to uninstall a possibly unwanted extension, please do the following:
Click the menu button New Fx Menu and choose Add-ons. Once the Add-on Manager has opened in a new tab, click the Extensions button on the left side of the window. You should now see a list of your installed extensions on the right side together with buttons on the right side of each extension. To remove an extension from Firefox, simply click the Remove button. You should see a message that informs you about the successful removal of the add-on. Note that some add-ons require a Firefox restart to be removed completely. To perform a Firefox restart after the add-on removal, click the Restart now link in the message.
You can find further information about uninstalling extensions in the following articles:
Disable or remove Add-ons
I don´t want to remove any extension, I don´t want update on firefox 29. It is not good and I want to use only 28.
Maybe you would be better off with SeaMonkey or PaleMoon, which will not change the interface so drastically, but will still be up to date with security.
Press the <Alt> or <F10> key to bring up the tool bar. Followed by;
Windows; Tools > Options Linux; Edit > Preferences Mac; application name > Preferences
Then Advanced > Update. Check the settings.

praharsh That you want to help is great. But try not to get confused on how to fix an issue, or what the issue is.
Please do not use Firefox 28 it is unsupported and not secure.
I would not recommend downgrading Firefox. Unsupported versions are not secure. You increase risks to your System and Personal data by using insecure software. When security fixes are released and publicised that also publicises the potential exploits.
