problems viewing a website (it loads) in firefox

I'm having trouble with amazon and audibles website (owned by amazon). I can view the site normally, but when I try to go into my account or order (i.e. generally where you have to re-enter your password), the formatting isn't there anymore (it looks almost like a plain text page, with hyperlinks). With audibles.com, I couldn't get past the point of entering my password (the login page was plain text/ hyperlinks). These both worked in chrome though.

Is firefox not supporting amazon or amazon affiliated websites?
