I'm trying to find out how to or if I can send text messages to cell phones from mozilla. I realize you need to proper address which includes the carrier's full address for this, but I can't find out how or if I can set this up in mozilla.

There's a helpful article here which explains the process: you can do it from Thunderbird or any other email client. http://www.wikihow.com/Email-to-a-Cell-Phone As you say, the trick is to find the right email domain. First you have to find the carrier, then you'd need to search on line for the SMS domain for that company. I guess it might be on their website. Remember to keep the message short, and send it as plain text only.
