I was able to receive e-mails yesterday morning, an update was carried out and since then I have been unable to receive any messages - I can send them, but not receive.. Help please!

This may appear as a duplicated question, I couldn't verify my e-mail address as couldn't receive the e-mail to do it, so have had to re-post it using a different e-mail address. TIA.

what exactly is the problem, in the meantime you have logged in again with your normal email address that you run on firefox browser?

you can still receive e-mails from third parties?

but not received, have you confirmed this?

The program cleared and restarted?
