Can't view movie trailers on Fandango.com

I clicked on a trailer for a movie at Fandango.com, and the page for the trailer loaded. When I clicked on the arrow > to start the trailer, the video doesn't start. When I first moved the cursor over the arrow, a small box appeared containing "swf/flvPlayer.swf". The Play arrow appears at the bottom of the screen, as well as the mute button and the time bar. At the top of the screen are three small boxes containing "Link to this video", "Embed this video", and "Autoplay: ON/OFF".

I disabled Adblock Plus 2.1.2 and restarted Firefox, but that had no effect.
