Try to clear the Download list or remove that file from the list if you want to preserve a list of downloaded files.

See Tools > Downloads

You may need to delete downloads.sqlite in the Firefox Profile Folder if the problem persists.

neither of those ideas worked i still have the problem, its a pain in the butt please tell me how to fix
