The disable button on the devices didn't work when I was changing my phone. Fortunately I still had access, and could disable it from a new device I added. Then re-enabled with the new phone.

At the bottom of each support page there is a section labeled // These fine people helped write this article: Was this article helpful? Yes / No. Click No and fill out the "door hanger" which pops-up.

The contributors who maintain the Knowledge Base use that to help them to keep their articles up-to-date or clarify the information, based upon Feedback from users.

Also, when using the KB the KB software "reads" the useragent of the device being used, so if you are using a desktop/laptop version of Firefox the KB articles offered via the Search feature won't show the relevant KB articles for "Mobile" Firefox near the top of the list. Assuming that you used Desktop Firefox 65 on Windows 10, as you did in this thread.

There is an "Advanced Search" feature here - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/search/advanced - but since I don't use a "Mobile" version of Firefox I can't offer you any tips on how to use it.

For the disable button to work, you need a fresh login to the accounts.firefox.com website, so if necessary then clear the cookies and try again.
