Issues with menu bar and screen shake
Today my Firefox started shaking up and down s soon as I tried to do anything after opening. Even happened when I started in safe mode. Did a reinstall but restored my profile. Now, despite not having it ticked in customise, the top menu bar keeps appearing randomly when I type, and acts s though my typing is now activating shortcuts on the menu bar. It's happened 7 times during typing this. 8 now, opened the help dropdown when I typed the h in this. Ideas?

Should add I currently have no add ons or extensions installed
Does it make a difference if you have the menu bar and possibly the title bar visible?
You can toggle toolbars and the title bar on/off via a button at the bottom of the Customize palette window
Tried enabling it permanently. Still jumps up there while typing randomly.
When I'm idle and not typing 'File' just flickers like my mouse is hovering over it every second or so
