CUTIL-UND null null on banking site
I am trying to access a secure banking/credit card site and when I click the "Sign in" link it does not pull up the correct information.
The tab line says: CUTIL-UND null null
I have attached a screenshot to show what I mean. The log in area is incomplete and I don't know what to type where...
Please help!

I see you are using a password manager.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

I started Firefox in Safe Mode and the problem is the same.
