You must've deleted your history on firefox.

Firefox history is irrelevant. Roboform is a separate program with it's history is intact. Plus it works on Chrome.

I assume the Enable button is missing or grayed out? Is there an explanation of the problem? You might need to click the small "More" link below the extension title to get a more detailed explanation.

I have a similar issue I have Firefox 48.0.2 and RoboForm 7.9.21.5. Firefox load the RoboForm toolbar and extensions show toolbar 7.9.21.1 enabled and plugins has RoboForm 7.9.21.5 enabled but if I click on the toolbar logins, save, etc. they do not responded and fix or work around

Found work around from RoboForm:

In Firefox go to Tools and click. Click Options. Click Privacy. In History [you will see <Firefox will:> click Remember history.

This enabled RoboForm Toolbar with full functionality.

This work, thanks but it disables "always use private browsing Mode". So who has the issue RoboForm 7.9.21.5 or Mozilla 48.0.2

When you start Firefox in "regular" mode you can launch private windows for sites you do not want remembered.

Some extensions work in private browsing windows and some do not. But I don't know the details of why/how to make Roboform work in private windows, if that's the problem, but if that's the problem, Roboform probably will need to be updated.
