I am using Windows 7 professional 32 bit

I reinstalled firefox just for updating. Now it does not open, tried reinstalled again....no use.... the message comes "Firefox has stopped working windows can find the solution" but no progress ........... I may have to use other browsers now.............

Do you have NVidia’s network access manager or Forceware Network Manager software installed? Disable / remove it. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/connectivity-crashing-firefox-43-update
