Firefox And Flash 100% cpu useage

Using 3.6.15 and download latest flash player. I disabled the plugin container because its using 100% cpu. I put a single small flash banner on a web page goto that page and cpu goes to 100% with or without the plugin container enabled. I goto other pages with flash on it they all goto 100% immediately I have uninstalled and reinstalled firefox.

I can't understand this at all. I loved firefox for so long and now I can't even surf because flash is everywhere.

What could be causing this. When I use internet explorer to view web page I have no issues at all.
