Hi!

I'm assuming you have the LG Fireweb device. If that is the case, you should be able to use the Fireweb's USB cable to plug it into your computer.

After navigating to the root directory of your phone, you will want to go to the DCIM directory. All your photos should be stored there. You can then copy the photos to your computer.

hello. thanks for the answer. I have my LG D300 plugged into the computer, but it is not showing up (so I cannot navigate).

I tried to sync using bluetooth, and after connecting the two devices, I get an error that says the LG D300 does not have the necessary services to allow browsing of files.

any suggestions ?

Unfortunately, I have little experience with OS X.

However, we can try one thing: have you enabled USB Storage on your D300 (Fireweb)?

Disconnect your phone from your Mac.

Launch the Settings app, then scroll to the USB Storage option (see the image). Toggle the setting to "Enabled".

Reconnect your phone. Does it show up?
