Why doesn't sync synchronize favicons belonging to the bookmarks?

Hello,

I use a lot of bookmarks without any text on my bookmark toolbar by identifying the websites through their favicons but your sync function doesn't seem to synchronize these favicons. Please include this feature on the next version of Firefox, this way I have to manually click all the icons whenever I sync my bookmarks on a new computer.

Thanks!

it is on the developer's todo list for quite a while already. any (slow) progress is tracked in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=428378

Thank you very much for this temporary solution however I still think that this should be built into the existing sync system. It's much more practical to store favicon information than to run this plug-in on every computer you sync your bookmarks with. Also if you add new bookmarks you will have to run it again in order to retrieve them.

Still think this should be implemented into Firefox but in the meanwhile I will use this, thanks again.
