Does Mozilla website supports email logging? (instead of username)

In other terms, instead of using my username, i could use my email address, like in any other forums, websites, support etc.

It has been a long time i didn't sign in, so today i tried many times using email address!! until i discovered i had to use my NICKNAME only!!! thank God i still remembered my username/nickname. Mozila didn't even tell me i was using a WRONG username. It just told me username or password incorrect.

I've made that mistake on some sites... I think to avoid spam, because your username is displayed in your profile and possibly on posts, it is best not to use your email address as your username on this site. In the future, if you forget your username or password, or both, there are recovery links on the lower part of the login form.
