I have an email that has my Certificate of Completion as part of the email. I can't save it to my desktop since the whole site of my email messages appear again!
I need to upload my Certificate of Completion of a course I completed onto a professional website so I can get credit for attending it.
I think it has to be a PDF file.

If you are viewing a PDF in Firefox's PDF viewer, there should be a download arrow on the black bar that allows you to save the file.
If you are viewing a PDF in Adobe's reader, if the toolbar is not visible, try pressing the Esc key or move your mouse toward the bottom center of the document to get a toolbar. You also can right-click to adjust your Adobe preferences.
Or, in case it is an image file, right-click it and try Save Image As.
It is an email with my certificate on the email. I did right click and there was no choice for Save Image As.
It is an email, not a PDF file. Can emails become PDF files?
I misunderstood. You want to print the entire email in a way that looks decent.
Most email sites have a "printable view" link or button. This may be in an obscure location. For example, on Outlook.com, it is on the ... menu (last item on the menu bar when viewing a message).
If you want to PDF the email, you can print it to a PDF printer driver. Examples include:
- PrimoPDF - http://www.primopdf.com/
- PDF Creator - http://www.pdfforge.org/
You need to explain the process, step by step, on how to print my email certificate that is in the body of the email so I can convert to a PDF document. Then I can upload it (new pdf document) on to the business website. Please write out instructions. Thank you.
Step 1 is to install the PDF printer driver. You can test it by printing any page then selecting the PDF printer driver as the "printer" in the print dialog.
Step 2 is to print the email. If you can't find the "printable view" or "print format" option on your email, what site is it? Maybe someone is familiar with it. (I've attached a screenshot showing the menu location in Gmail, Yahoo! mail, and Outlook.com)
