Please do not suggest upgrading because I like this version and don't want to upgrade.

Won't you at least update to the last Firefox 3.6.28 version?

Apparently the issue came out to be due to Flash player update as the latest flash player only supports FireFox versions > 4 therefore I have now removed latest flash and installed an old version. Hopefully it will fix my issue
