I keep getting a time out error when I fill out contact forms built with Instant Form Pro, only in Firefox.

I get an error for all the forms I've built on all the sites I have Instant Form Pro hooked to. It keeps kicking back that my session has timed out. I do not get this error with Chrome, IE, Mathon, or Safari.

Have you tried asking the Instant form pro people? http://support.infomediainc.com/

Yes, I am currently waiting for a reply. Their system also reports a problem emailing out ticket support so i have to keep checking their system for updates to my question.

Do you have a url that I can test? Maybe I can see what is happening with Firefox.

Well I don't have an answer for you but here's what I found:

  1. If I tried the form on your page, I got the time out error instantly after submitting
  2. I tried the form from the url of the iframe http://pacwestindustries.com/ifp/embed.php?id=2 and it worked just fine.

My suggestion is to give that information to the Instant form pro people and see if they can see what on your page might be causing an issue.

Great, thanks for the test. I will have to try this on some of the other sites I have the IFP forms on and see if I reproduce your results as well. As a side note, my hosting solution said they are not getting any errors even with Firefox (they are in Texas).
