what have you done? My firefox does not remember and ids or passwords. It does not allow websites to remember passwords or IDS. Who needs this stuff? Fix it!
In the old days i would log in to any number of websites and there was my passwords and ids on my computer. Now, in your last upgrade, this doesn't happen anymore. What a pain in the butt you have made this. Fix it!

What about the other stuff in that article? Did you try those?

I'm a support volunteer, here to help other Firefox users.
No versions of Firefox are designed to not remember passwords. They are certainly remembered here. :) Maybe the solutions in this troubleshooting article will help: https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Username%20and%20password%20not%20remembered
Well, I will be dingled! the fix seems to have worked. Went to Tools to Options to Privacy to Settings to "Saved Passwords" and scragged the checkmark therein, hit "OK" and so far the first ID/Password i set up remained. Thanks for the help

And for sure it is you, because when i log in using Internet Explorer, lo and behold, my passwords and ids and all that good stuff is there waiting for me so i do not have to type them over and over and over and over, as i do using your foolish bit of software. So it is Internet Explorer for me. Good bye, Mozilla.

I am sorry you do not work for Mozilla - now what am I going to do with that huge jug of vitriol Mozilla's wayward website has generated? O well. Now, I did not do anything else (i have been using Internet Explorer) but this morning both American Airlines and Chase Bank remembered my ID words on Mozilla. I don't get it. Now it works, then it didn't! Maybe I should sacrifice a chicken? You can reach me at jfe.architect@sbcglobal.net if you wish.
