I want to enable the form and search history deletion button

Mornin', 

    The form and search button in the clear history box is checked gray and doesn't respond when I try to change its' status to enabled.  My goal is to permanently delete a password that was saved inadvertantly; I prefer to enter the password each time the site is accessed myself rather than having the computer automatically give its' approval.

Form and search history has nothing to do with Passwords.
