When I started FF today, it loaded the latest updates; now it will not start in either safe mode (no response) or normally.

When I started FF it showed it was loading the latest update and started normally (I think). After that it allowee me to go to a web page and then to a link within that page. I then used the back button to return to the first web page and tried to link from that first page to another. At this point FF stopped responding and had to be shut down through Task Manager. Now it will not start in safe mode and crashes when attempting to start normalll. Below are the id's of the last two crash reports sent to mozilla.

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.

Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process.
