Guten Abend, ich habe ein Problem beim FireFox-Browser auf einem Amazon Tablett. Es wäre schön, wenn Sie mir Hinweise zur Fehlerbeseitigung geben könnten. Danke. Meine Frau und ich nutzen seit ca. 2 Jahren das oben genannte Tablett ''''''fire HD 10'''''' von Amazon. Auf dem Tablett haben wir die FireFox App installiert. Sie funktionierte bis gestern ohne Probleme. Als wir das Tablet heute Abend wieder mit FireFox benutzen wollten bekamen wir die Absturz-Anzeige (wie im Bild). Als Erste Massnahme habe ich den Cash der FireFox App gelöscht. Dann das Tablett nach aktueller Software suchen lassen und die Software des Amazone-Tablett anschlissend aktualisiert. Der Fehler blieb. Abschließend habe ich dann noch die FireFox App deinstalliert sowie aktuell aus dem PlayStore von Google runter geladen und installiert.
