Since Firefox doesn't have a search engine, what prevents the search site (Google) from tracking you?
What content?

Hi drtaylor010, I can't speak about Google since I don't use it but, I have yet to encounter any trackers, e.g., tracking cookies, fingerprinters, etc., among the other search engines that I use. When you use a search engine, click on the Shield icon at the left end of the address bar. Firefox's Enhanced Tracking Protection will inform you of anything that is being detected and blocked.
