Geplaatst

No matter how I log in (logged-in Firefox, Chrome, incognito Chrome/Firefox) at monitor.firefox.com, I always get this error.

This looks like a Firefox question, so I will move it from the Thunderbird to the Firefox list. Hopefully you will do better with helpful responses there.

Do you have the same problem with Firefox Send ?

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.

Deleted all the sessions, also noticed Firefox wants me to verify my primary email (noticed under 2FA setting), did that as well just in case.

Same error on Chrome, new and worse error with Firefox: https://i.imgur.com/Nvtl0LH.png

Nuttig antwoord

Hello MidnightRaver,

Earlier today another user reported the same problem :

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1261230

If you want to, you could file a bug report (unless somebody comes up with a solution) :
