Try to toggle DRM off/on to see if that makes Firefox (re)load DRM components.

I tried turning it off but the sites said I needed to turn it on so I i did and still receive same message

Hi Busia, your Firefox says it is version 64 running on Windows Vista, but Firefox 53+ are not supposed to run on Vista, so that doesn't seem to be completely correct.

Could you check the Compatibility settings on Firefox? Find the icon you use to start Firefox, and either:

  • Right-click a desktop shortcut, then click Properties
  • Right-click a Firefox icon pinned to the Taskbar then right-click Mozilla Firefox, then click Properties

You should clear all the boxes on the Compatibility tab for best results (giant screenshot below).
