When using my online banking system, I sometimes have to quit firefox to go to another account within my online system. It works fine on Safari.

I use Capital One for online banking. When switching from my checking are to my bill pay area, I am sometimes forced to quit Firefox and start over. Instead of going to bill pay, it asks for me to login again, which puts me in a login again circle.

Also when filling data on some web forms, Firefox won't work. It must stalls, or captcha won't load. I have had to switch to Safari to accomplish the task. Don't know if it is Firefox's problem, or the website's issue.

I switched to Firefox as I thought it would be better than Safari on my MacBook Pro, High Sierra. Looks like I'll have to go back to Safari.

Sounds like you got something interfering with the communications when you click to look at your account. So what adblocker do you have installed?

Ghostery.

Since restarting Firefox cures the issue, it seems it must be something internal with Firefox? John
