There are multiple other posts, none of which address this issue.

The official website for Firefox Reality says to 'search' in Viveport for it. However, as of this post there is no known way to search for an app in Viveport.

I have found about five other forum posts asking about how to search and ALL of them were a year outdated.

The Firefox Reality website did not even provided any metadata to search for it manually! Is it free? Is it paid? What genre is it? Is it even on the public portion of the store yet? What is it's exact name so it can be found in an alphabetized list? Who knows!

Also, why is this app ONLY available off of device exclusive stores? There are better platforms with more up-to-date features that everyone will be able to use.

Point is there is known way to find it other than sift through a thousand random titles.

EDIT: Found the search function, its only on the viveport web store because of course it is. Not as single member of HTC staff bothered to mention that. Searched All products with all prices and sorted by A to Z, nothing in 'F' for firefox and nothing in 'M' for mozilla. Fantastic.

Hi

If you use the headset to search the Vive Viveport store, you should be able to see Firefox Reality.

Firefox Reality is optimized for standalone VR headsets. You need a Vive Focus to access the app via Viveport store. See attached screenshot of the app being featured on the Viveport store.

This does not help in the slightest.

Also please direct your attention to the attached screenshot.

First off, the time of the start of this issue there wasn't even a search function in the Steam VR hub menu version of viveport, neither was there one in the standard desktop version. As of now there IS a new in-VR viveport menu but it is in the early stages and way to fucking broken for it to even be called a 'usable' alternative for accessing the store.

I have a wired, desktop version of the HTC Vive. The website (https://mixedreality.mozilla.org/firefox-reality) does not attempt to list any compatible or incompatible devices and merely says "Please search for 'Firefox Reality' in the Viveport store." This would lead any user to believe that it is available for all Vives and on all versions of the Viveport store, would it not? Why in the hell wouldn't you just list the compatible devices ON THE PAGE?
