I clicked a link to go to the windows central site to download windows defender offline. After a few minutes passed it went to a new page. The page was orange and had the Firefox logo in the middle. A download popped up that was shown to be a patch for Firefox. Because the webpage was not Mozilla I decided not to download it. This is the link of the webpage I was taken to. https://zaikipodrywacze.net/9551795905549/9215d1e4f09b65558d7dced8b2c7895d.html

Is this really a patch for Firefox or is it an attempt to infect my system. My Firefox browsers has been hanging, closing and causing me all kinds of issues so I almost installed it until I saw it was not a Mozilla link. Please advise.

No, that isn't a Firefox "patch".
