As you can see in the screen shot. the top bit is white. and the window i have selected is also white. ill share data if that helps.

If you are talking about the general colors being displayed, that is from the theme you are using.

It used to not look like that until a week ago or so. and now it white. it should look just like the not white stripe just above it.

Are you talking about the white colored tab? That tells you what tab you are currently viewing. The CTR extension can change those colors.
