Can't download yahoo mail .mp3 attachments after Windows 10 upgrade

Following upgrade to W10 I can no longer download mp3 email attachments in Yahoo Mail full feature. - other attachments .pdf work as expected though I've not tried other types. - get the message scanning attachments ... then nothing happens. - works fine in the new Microsoft Edge browser - Running firefox 40.0.2 - safe mode - same results - same attachments download OK in android phone or tablet

I'm at a loss for other things to try or solutions. Your help is appreciated.
