My browser keeps crashing when I am watching videos and going in a website

I'm using my tablet ,ever since It started 1 or 2 month and start to have problems I never usually get problems. everytime I start watching videos it keeps crashing even in certain websites everytime I go to a website it takes like 3 minutes it crashes crashes. Also need help on watching videos on flash I download it but it never worked well so please help!!!! thanks!!!!!!

We're sorry to hear that Firefox is crashing. In order to assist you better, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

I tried to report it but it doest appear, when it close crashed on its own i tried to get on the browser again and put on the address bar about:crashes and pressed Go and no report appear there...please help.. I just updated firefox..and still having problems using my keyboard...it going kuku/Crazy sometimes.
