Are you using "Print" feature from within Firefox? If so, what does Print Preview show?
Or are you using the "Print" button that is in your webmail on screen software display? Usually in the webmail "toolbar" near the top of the page.
Both give the same result.
Try opening the message in its own window. Then try printing.
