Every time I ask how to get the address bar back I get the runaround

You took away my address bar. When I call up Mozilla I get the middle of the page search bar and then the request for a donation. Please give me back my menu with all the options and give me back my toolbar. I have asked the question every way I know how and every answer I get assumes I can get to a menu that has the suggested choices. Bur all I get is the search box. Not acceptable. I will have to start using Internet Explorer.

hello, please stay with the thread you've already opened for this issue: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/979475 - did you try to restore the default toolbar set like it was suggested there? you won't need access to a menu to do that...
