autofill is never available for forms to be completed with my personal information, such as name and address. why is this so?

- Firefox (Tools) > Options > Privacy > History: "Remember search and form history"
To see all the History and Cookie settings, select:
- Firefox (Tools) > Options > Privacy > History: Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history"
