Firefox 4 button not available. Why?

After reading the new features I can see that this one is missing! How do I get the Firefox button to show on my browser?

Right click on the menu bar and uncheck the "menu bar" option. This should show the orange firefox button at the top left corner.

I worked out how to do it in the end and muster's post is exactly how I got it fixed.

Using Windows 7. Loaded Firefox 4 yesterday; there never was a menu bar in this version on my computer
