I lost ALL MY PASSWORDS after an automatic update

Today I have closed Firefox so it can install a pending update. When I started it again, all of my passwords were lost. I have searched for a solution but all the articles I've read so far explain how to recover the information from an old profile, which I don't have. In another article talk about a corrupted login.json file, that I don't have either.

Please, I need to recover my passwords! Thanks

I've installed this extension to show information about Firefox Sync and found that all 88 records for passwords are deleted! Is there any way to fix this?
