Due to other software restrictions.... we are running Windows XP. We prefer Firefox over other browsers at our small company and use siriusxm for our music. For our account anyway siriusxm had some online listening issues (technical difficulties) during mid Dec 2016 which then led to no audio in late December. I don't believe they plan on fixing the overall problem as nobody wants to hear about XP problems, and a browser change suggestion came up first from them. So hey Firefox, what gives.

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues. You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.

Flash: Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Uninstall Flash Player | Mac

Then reinstall the latest version.

Note: Windows users should download the active_x for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the active_x.

Flash Player Version: 24.0.0.186

If the player is using HTML5 player and not Flash Player Plugin then that could be the issue.

Note Microsoft does not provide the media packs for the EOL Windows XP needed for HTML5 video/audio to work like Microsoft does for Vista and later.

Chrome may work as they kind of cheat with the browser coming with its own codecs.
