Tbird can't connect to my Verizon email account
Went through long session with Verizon support, everything is right on their end, user name & pword correct. When entered into Tbird after long search get message "Configuration could not be verified - is user name and password correct?" So conclude Tbird is the problem. Related problem: while working with Verizon tech under remote control, he tried deleting the existing accounts, and all previous emails disappeared. How can we get them back?
