When forwarding a message, how to I hide previous senders address

I like to forward some emails on to other recipients without having the address of the original or previous senders showing on the message. I tried to highlight and delete but did not seem to work. Any suggestions? Is there a way, when forwarding an email to automatically not show previous recipients?
