Ultimate Guitar Tabs not loading sign in box. Works on other browsers

When I go to the ultimate guitar tabs web page and click on sign in, nothing happens. The url adds a # on the end so it's trying to do something and when I use another browser a window appears over the website and i'm able to sign in.
