Firefox crashes

Crash ID: bp-d213b91c-68fb-4517-9e14-6cbb82160211

We are using a program to execute Firefox ESR 38.2.1 by command line like in a cmd console.

However, Firefox crashes randomly during the navigation. We tried the safe mode and it still crashes.

Could you please identify the source of this issue so that we could know if it comes from the program we use or from the browser ?
