I'm trying to add another mail account to my thunderbird. I did File->New->Existing mail account Unfortunately the "Email address" field is disabled (see attached picture) Where I'm wrong? Thanks

Unfortunately the "Email address" field is disabled

I'm not sure what you mean with 'disabled'. You'll need to enter your credentials into the form.

'disabled' means that this filed is locked for input, so that I cannot enter the email address to add the account. I'm running Thunderbird 31.6.0 on Windows 7 I found the save problem with 31.6.0 on Linux

Problem solved after both system reboot!
