Despite several past posts on this issue for previous versions of Firefox, I am getting the "incompatible" error message with Firebox 34.0.5, so it does not appear that a feasible solution has been found. I have been a Norton user for years, and am completely happy with their service, so I am simply looking for a way to continue using both products - not a critique on antivirus/security programs, please.

Is there any way to either revert back to my older Firefox version that was compatible with Norton or a working patch/solution to fix the incompatibility issues between the current versions of Norton/Firefox? I absolutely hate IE and Firefox is the only browser I have ever been happy with, until this issue.

Thanks, and hope everyone has a fantastic and prosperous New Year!
