hello yakob, you can long-tap somewhere on the player interface and select save audio/video in order to download the file.

Hi yakob,

When you hold down on a video, are you seeing the popup menu? Is the Save option available or is it greyed out? Do you see any error messages?

Any extra information you can give us about the problem will be very helpful.
