FF 33 will not work with TabGroubs Manager 2011.11.28.1

more options

I reverted from FF 33 back to FF 32 because TabGroups Manager 2011.11.28.1 failed. I tried FF RESET, new profile, removed all add ons, clean install TGM and it still failed. I revert back to FF 32 and all is great. I realize or so it appears that TGM is no longer a recognized extension and is not perfect but it is a great tab-group manager with over 20K users last time I looked. I hope you fix the problem in FF 33 so it will work. I cannot image using FF without TGM. Why don't you build something like TGM into a new version of FF? Looking forward to a fix before I must switch browsers. Thanks

Looks like that addon was taken over by some users of TabGroups Manager. https://code.google.com/p/tabgroupsmanager/

There's a beta v104 version available on that page for Firefox 33 compatibility. But it looks like that "crew" hasn't mastered an installation link. You'll need to save it to local disk and then use File > Open file to install it; or save it and then drag the XPI file into the Firefox browser window to install it.

Hello,

Please contact the developer of that extension as it has not been updated in 3 years.

You can try to see if it works with the Classic Theme Restorer plugin:

Please see the security advisories that have not been addressed in Firefox 32:

Alternatively, if this extension is a necessity to your browsing experience, you can use Firefox ESR, on version 31.2.0 (so it will likely be compatible):
