At this point Mozilla VPN is fake. I'm in the US, I'm apparently paying 4.99 per month for VPN service I have never received. (Checked my email, no download, checked my bank-account, just two charges for 4.99 from Mozilla.

I'd like a full refund at this point.

Thank you for reaching out today,

You can download the VPN from vpn.mozilla.org. You’ll be prompted to sign up/in to your Firefox Account. Once you download the client, the installer should guide you through the rest. After you've installed it, open the client (by searching your device for Mozilla VPN), flip the switch to On, and you're good to go! It'll cover any internet activity on the device while it is turned on, including your browser activity.

This does not work, it asks me to set up payment again. I did not receive a DM about refund/cancelation. I've been paying for this service since 11/2020 but if you can check your records, it has never been used.

I have this exact same problem. Im afraid to type in my credit card details again because I dont want to be double charged. Ive also tried to find a phone number for mozilla and i cant find one anywhere.

Paying for VPN service I have never received. No email, no download, bank-account, charged two charges for $4.99 on 01/10/2021 & 02/10/21 from Mozilla. DO NOT CHARGE MY CARD AGAIN and cancel and refund!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have this problem too. I requested the VPN service and have been charged $4.99 since February, 2021. I have never received anything but my Credit card has been charged $4.99 a month. Now my credit has been compromised as the DISCOVER credit card keeps being charged. Do not charge my account. DO NOT CHARGE MY CARD AGAIN AND PLEASE Fix my credit. Send me a refund!!!!!!
